/ About the project

Hobby Horse Romania is all about bringing back the joy of good old-fashioned play — minus the boring, plus a ton of handcrafted flair. The brand crafts one-of-a-kind hobby horse toys and accessories, each meticulously handmade with care. The mission? Inspire kids (and kids-at-heart) to gallop into a world of imagination without ever leaving their living room.

We needed to channel the playful, imaginative spark these handcrafted horses embody — without leaning on cliché, overused visuals. The toy and hobby sector can get noisy. Our challenge was to develop a brand identity that thrives on social media, packaging, and beyond.


While the main audience might be the littles who will ride these horses till bedtime, parents are the ones who do the buying —so the brand had to charm both the grown-ups and their kiddos.


We aimed for an identity that’s bright and friendly, inviting everyone — whether they’re nine or ninety — to pick up a hobby horse and unleash their inner cowpoke.

This is handmade work, people! Showcasing the artisanal finesse was crucial. Think subtle textile-inspired patterns and a color palette hinting at that “hand-stitched, made-with-love” vibe.


It’s not just about selling toys — it’s about crafting experiences. From the logomark to the packaging, we wanted to encourage hobby horse enthusiasts to share, connect, and keep trotting along together.


The resulting brand identity is a breath of fresh air, capturing imagination and authenticity at a glance. Hobby Horse Romania stands out for its devotion to high-quality craftsmanship and that sense of playful discovery you just can’t resist. The synergy between the warm textures, spirited logo, and heartfelt messaging ensures that every interaction — from seeing an Instagram story to unboxing that sweet new horse — feels like a joyful trot through a storybook.
